Why do you think someone is using your name and number?
You SIM in your phone will link to all your info. The person will need your SIM, email and password to access it.

I rebooted the phone last night went to bed got up went to the store got a $10 voucher tried it and cannot process this request go to the community

I think it was I tried too many times with one voucher number and then it wouldn't take it anymore

OK...so log in to your account using incognito mode, clear your cache files. That'll give you an up-to-the-minute view of your account.

Hi @Relaxn it could take a bit of time, 10 to 30 mins for account to reactivate after putting in voucher via *611. please reboot phone once as well
or if you have access to my account, check there

I also added a voucher on line and it says voucher accepted but it never added it to the total and before this one voucher worked and the other one didn't and then it came to this point

I did it says it can't process that for me right now and go to the community for answers

Try dialing 611 to add the vouchers to your account.
