Can't log in to self serve

I have 4 Public Mobile accounts and I can't login to any of them.  I got a message saying "page expired. The page you are trying to access is no longer available."

What am I supposed to do? The accounts are not suspended as payments have been going through and the phones are working.

Help! The fact that there are no real customer service agents is really frustrating.

@Msing1

I am getting "page expired" error too.

I am using Firefox browser on my laptop.  All I did was to login again to the same account.  It will work.

"page expired" = PM server is telling you that your previous login was auto logoff.  I will get less "page expired" error if I logoff before PM server log me off after no activity for a period of time.

If I go this community forum first before login to my account, I do not get the "page expired" error.

@Msing1   Try clearing cache/cookies and use incognito/private mode or another browser before trying to login again.

Yes, unfortunately, all customer support is online either via chatbot or private messaging or other customers (this forum).  Here's a link to the chatbot if you need customer support:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
