Hello,
I was with public mobile for a few years but am now with Telus for the past year. I am currently living in PEI and just noticed a charge from Edmonton from public mobile self serve. Obviously this is in correct or a fraudulent charge! How do I get this resolved?

Thanks for the response. No this is a miscellaneous charge. We haven’t had anything to do with PM in over a year. We also used koodo’s and had some issues with them with regards to charges as well but they were resolved 6 months ago. I sent PM a private message with the link you provided. Thanks again!

Telus owns Public Mobile and we have seen situation before that Telus will use Koodo or PM as the merchant to charge. Is the amount on the transaction same as what Telus supposed to charge you?
