Hi, guys

I need your timely help. Coz you guys made mistake and charged me wrong on April 20 & 21.

Since I suspended my monthly mobile phone plan on the final day of my plan cycle,  I.e. at the late night of April 20.

Therefore you guys cannot charge me for new cycle of my mobile plan  from April 21 to May, 20. Jesus, shame on your bad operation and wrong bill. I just find your mistake on my newly credit card statement. No good. Please refund me soon., OK?  the amount is $19+ tax. Thank you. Give me a ticket right now

i wonder if it is time zone issue. Are you in the West coast? 

but we are customers, we cannot help with payment issue like this.  Please open ticket with PM and ask them to check and help

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
