I'm a new customer since the weekend. I had a complicated set up. I did not receive a PIN number and I never left the phone for 8 hours.

@AliMcC Please clarify what PIN you didn't get? If it is related to porting in your number and receiving authentication code, please reach out to PM CS_agent to inquire about your number porting.

do you meant the account PIN number or voicemail PIN?
for account PIN, update it here
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/reset/pin
for voicemail PIN, login My Account and go through the voicemail setup process there
