My account issue

I had account for years however, recently it asks me to active my account.  The app asks me to start with selecting a plan.  Since I have a plan and it is working.  Please help with the issue with My Account

No 5G sign and unable to send message except iPhone user.

Hi,  I have never seen 5G sign even the contract is 5G.  Always shows LTE.   Also I noticed that I receive the error when sending message to people who has androids, so it unable to send messages to them.   Please look into it and fix it.

Resolved! Change subscription from 1GB to 4GB
