I have just purchased a new SIM card. My PUBLIC account shows that my phone number has been transfored by PUBLIC MOBILE and the SIM card number has been accepted, but my call is not connected. What should I do?

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on but remember that your old SIM will continue to work for about 2 hours to complete the porting.
If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent.

I just ported my daughter's phone number to PM and it too maybe 30minutes to complete the transferand we received a text on her previous carrier to reboot the phone so that the transfer gets completed. After the reboot, all worked well
