@CS_Agent I’m having trouble transferring my number from Koodo. I received my SIM card and completed all the steps in the app, but I did not get a text to complete the transfer. The error I received is pasted below.

you could be facing 2 problems, the activation as well as porting
for the activation, try to reboot the phone first, then try putting your PM physical sim card in the phone and see if it connects. If you use esim, check Sim Manager or Settings-> Cellular screen and see if Public Mobile esim is there. Make sure it is active and set as Primary and Turn on this line is enabled
if that does not work, you can ask support agent to check the activation as well as check the porting. Just submit them ticket by direct message:
