So, a couple of weeks ago I signed up for PM...

I ordered a physical SIM from the website at the time of subscribing because my phone doesn't support esims...

Here's the issue.. canada post went on strike the SIM hasn't arrived and I've been BILLED for service that has NOT been rendered.

Morning @TeeJayS

Truth be told, I would not even bat an eye over it. With the Canada Post strike, Public Mobile can send you out another via courier that you will have to sign for. OR, why wait any longer more than you have to. You can also get a SIM card at one of these two options.

If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Click on AMAZON for the link.

Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES

At the Telus stores there will be a $10 charge and through Amazon it's a $5 charge. Don't worry about the charges. Just scan your receipts and send it to a CS Agent and they will gladly credit your account, minus taxes.

hi @TeeJayS

when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

Unfortunately due to strike your mail will be delayed.

Open a ticket and see if PM can send you SIM by any other means or if you can pick it up (if convenient) at their location.

And according to this PM is switching to other delivery means:

@TeeJayS

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .but if it’s been more then 10 business  days reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen  or send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

yes, it can take as long as 3 weeks

 ask PM for update, and maybe they will agree to let you pick up one from stores if you want to
