Double charged for extra data

Hello. I was double charged for a one time top up of data. It was supposed to be a one purchase of $15 but I was charged $30.51. I now can't use the extra data as it is "incompatible" with my plan. Is there anyway I can find a fix to this?

Resolved! US Roaming solution

Issues with roaming in the US? My iphone8 connected to Verizon’s network with full signal but no data. Changed the network selection from ‘automatic’ to ‘T-Mobile’ and worked great afterwards.
