change email on my 92 year old mother's account

I can get into my mother's account and edit her mailing address.

It does not allow me to edit her email. I have tried the chat bot and have not received an answer.

Could you please explain how I can edit her email asap. I live far away from her and can not access her cell phone to receive texts.

How do I create a community account for my mother as when I try to sign in on her account, it goes back to my account.

you can't change the email address...you need assistance as suggested.

Follow direction as provided by previous forum advisor.

@59 you need to ask PM support to change the email address

  Since you cannot login My Account as well, maybe message Support for help on both issues
