Mysterious calls in usage list

Why a I seeing so many calls to 1(902)580-4001 in my usage list?  I don’t know that number and never knowingly called it. Yet it’s showing up many many times in my usage history.

Trying to confirm if I have to turn on roaming or not to use my phone freely while in the US. Is roaming just for data? People in Canada can still call my phone number while I’m in the US and I can make calls back to Canada all for free?
