I used to be charged $22.40 but I charged for May bill at $28. Who knows the reason? Other service providers offer better prices

@SG9  If you are on the $25 plan you might want to switch to the $19 plan with 1GB data at 4G speed which is available to existing customers if you log in to your account.   Since the switch to points instead of $ rewards you no longer have $2 autopay (now it is 5% in points based on your payments), 10 points ($10 a year) for staying with PM, and it is still 1point/$1 per referral.  When you have enough points you can redeem them for a bill credit or discounted add on.

This is likely the results of lost Public Mobile rewards.  Public Mobile changed the rewards system and addition to the new points offering not be as good for customers, points need to be manually redeemed to receive any discount.
