Losing add-ons if I change my plan

I would like to change my plan, but I have a lot of add-ons from previous rewards. Will I lose all of those if I change my plan?

The $15 plans should not lose the 150 day loyalty data add on.  Since it is an upgrade of the plan (ie. paying more)

A few customers have stated that when they switched from $25 to $19 plans, they actually kept the loyalty add on,  YMMV though.  According to FAQ, customers should lose that add on since downgrade.

The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.

If you change plans, you will not loss any previous add ons (like XMAS give aways).  However, if you got the loyalty bonus data add on (150 day expiry date), you may lose that add on if you downgrade your plan (as per FAQ).
