Forbidden A1 error code

I’ve tried logging into my daughters account so I can update payment info but I keep getting this error code. 
I’ve tired on my phone, my laptop and nothing

What do you have? On Google  Chrome the three  dots on the top right.

@Newf1  I just logged in a it was fine. 

Maybe go incognito mode.
