I am trying to port from Virgin Plus and i have been given 3 different account number all of which did not work, does anyone have an idea how to get the correct one ?
to confirm, is the account number an alpha-numeric ? because when i gave Public support the 9 digit account number from Virgin i was told it is supposed to be 14 digits and the only "account number" i have that is 14 characters long is an alpha-numer...
