Monthly Subscription

I'd like to ask. As far as I know I am charge 9cad for my 15cad monthly subscription as part of my rebate. But yesterday I was charged 15cad. Are rebates still available?

@Vina1 , are you a legacy customer on the old rewards system?  We have all been switched over to the new reward system and so any rewards that you collect are issued as point and need to be redeemed in batches of 15 to convert to $ for plan payment.  There is no long automatic $ credits from the reward system.
