Transfer eSIM to another device

I just activated my eSIM when I switched from other network provider to Public Mobile. When I activated the subscription and eSIM, I did it from my iPad, should have been with iPhone. How can I transfer my eSIM from iPad to iPhone?

How do I get back my original username?

Can receive texts messages but can't send them

I can receive text/picture messages, I can send pictures messages but can't send text messages. Anyone else experience this and have a solution? ( I have contacted support and am waiting for their engineers to get back to me. )
