My number is not working about 15 days. My credit card has stolen. I changed card number. But my phone account couldn’t automatically pay. Please help me. I need an agent.

Your can purchase a voucher and dial *611 and enter the voucher number to restore service. 
Vouchers can be purchased from:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

@JANELLWANG , if you are unable to manually reactivate the account as already suggested, please use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web site to initiate a support ticket.
