Times of texts and calls recorded

I have found when I check usage history the times do not jive with my time zone. I am in pacific time zone. Are the times noted in the eastern time zone?

You are correct that usage history is based on Eastern time and not your own time zone.  It is based on PM system time, which their main office in Toronto.  There is no setting to change to other time zone

and yes, the 2x posting per day for data usage is just extra info as fyi

@Bcranger  The usage history is only updated 2x a day this could be the reason why so your only seeing the last 12 hours used
