I have found when I check usage history the times do not jive with my time zone. I am in pacific time zone. Are the times noted in the eastern time zone?regards , Gary
Yesterday I noticed for the very first time it would allow a downgrade if I chose .Maybe the admin is listening. After all it only makes sense to support the loyalty of their subscribers.
