SMS Showing Temporary Number After Number Transfer

I transferred my number by following the provided steps, and it initially appeared to work. When I make phone calls, my transferred number displays correctly. However, when I send text messages, the temporary number I selected during registration appears instead of my transferred number.

Additionally, there is a delay in receiving replies to my texts, and after a few messages, my texts sometimes switch to appearing under the transferred number. My Public account shows the correct phone number, but in my phone settings, the temporary number is still associated with the Public eSIM.

How can I resolve this issue?

You might want to try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings 

Or if on iPhane, go to Settings to remove the phone number manually, reboot phone and then go back to Settings to manually out in the correct number

to start, I'd suggest you do a network re-set to see if that helps.
