Lost access to my account

Hi there i recently change my phone and I lost access to my email and I can’t and the only way to retrieve my password is by receiving a text code sent to my phone number and cannot activate my phone number without my email , I was wondering I can transfer my old number to this new plan or if there is a way that I can access to my account again , I had to subscribe to a new plan with another number so I can have some services but I need my old number back . Can you help please

Did you reboot (power off then back on) your new phone with the old SIM in your phone?

If that didn’t work then your only option is to contact a CS_Agent.

Hey there, if your old number is still "active" with whichever service provider, you can transfer the number over to PM, however you might have to make a new "account" to do so. PM might be able to help you if need to keep the current account, i suggest giving them a message here:
