Whenever I attempt to log into my account on my iphone, I am prompted to enter the 6 digit code received by sms and immediately after entering the 6 digit code the login page returns to the login state without proceeding.
Any ideas how to login into my account?

That is strange, sometimes when im prompted to enter the 6 digit code that i receive via text, i select for it to autofill from sms but it doesnt fill correct (only happens on public mobile for me). So i have to manually write the 6 digit code. Have you double checked you are entering the code correctly?

try to cycle phone OFF, then On again and then retry PM log in.

@StephCVine When trying to log in do you see option says “didn’t get code “ ? Tap it and you should have option to send code to email instead . If still no luck get support to help
