Resolved! Available funds randomly reduced by 10 cents

Resolved! Not receiving phone calls

I have ported my number, and am able to receive and send texts, and make phone calls. But people have been getting an immediate " cannot place call as dialed" sort of message when trying to call me.

Data being used up by auto updates

all data being used up by an auto update on daily (or twice daily) update.  Everything I can think of us turned off for cell data usage.  Any ideas what’s causing this?  Shows up in bill as “web” usage.
