Why does my plan information on my account have the wrong information again.
This happened last month and I opened a ticket and was told what I was seeing wasn't actually what my account information was. After we spoke, the correct information appeared on my account... it was fixed, perfect!
Now when I am logging on to see what my current gig usage is, it has the same issue as last month with the wrong renewal plan listed again.
Do I really have to open a ticket every single month to have this fix or is the information I am seeing just wrong and when my renewal happens it will be for the correct plan and correct amount?
Any help on this would be great.

No you shouldn't need to ask them every time you want get your account info. It's that they made a system change that introduced this incredibly stupid caching problem. So you can click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode when you want to have a look. It's ridiculous but here we are.
