The email used to set up my account is no longer active. I cannot remember my username, password. I receive texts and my phone service works, but data is used up and I cannot increase it.
Anyone tell me how to solve this? Having no person to contact is truly a weakness of PM.

Just follow @Yummy instruction on how to contact a CS_Agent to have your email change on your account.
Meanwhile, you can purchase a voucher at these locations and dial 611 to enter the voucher number.

Only agent can update/change your email.
You can add funds calling 611:paying with registered credit card on file or adding voucher.
