Cannot log into My Account - Continous Loop

My wife needs help please, logging into her account as she no longer has access to the original email address associated to her account and does not remember the password associated with that email address. She cannot use the "forgot password" option b/c she no longer works for that company and cannot access the inbox. How can she log into her account using her Public Mobile phone number so that she can update the email address? 

Ultimately, she needs access to her account so that she can update the billing info.

Thank you - we've sent a private message to the CS Agent in hopes that she can login with her phone number as the email address method continues to send her into a continuous loop. The email address is unfornately not working.

you should still be able to use the old email address to login and also the 2FA code sent to the phone.  If she can login that way, go to Profile page-> Manage EverSafe ID and update the email 

if she cannot login still, then PM can help
