Plan change did not occur

Good morning, I was previously on the $35 US-Mex-Canada plan with 50 gigs. I noticed in the plans under my account that I could upgrade to same with 75 gigs and 1000 minutes. So I did and it indicated it would change on my next billing cycle which was today… however, when I look at my plan under my account, it has not been updated to reflect the change. I also noticed that my gig usage counter was not reset so I am hoping that this is just a system update issue. My CC was billed for the new month so that part seems to have worked out.

The 75 gig plan still shows as available under manage subscription but if I select it, it would be applied next month and not for this month - or so my thinking goes.

Anyone dealing with similar concern?

Thanks for this info… it looks like the app is behind in updating vs. the website. I was able to see the updated info on the website so all is good now!

Try to see your account with clean browser on computer, use incognito mode.
Change usually does occur but site might be glitchy not to show current state.

If you still see your old instead of new plan tomorrow create a ticket ASAP and demand new plan to be activated. Did you get charged for new plan at all????
Have some proof you did schedule plan change for tor today (screenprint, etc.)

I would try to refresh your browser by clearing your cache. See if that makes a difference. But I honestly feel like the system is behind and will update around 1 pm eastern. Just a hunch as I see the Boxing week sale that ended yesterday is still advertised on the website.

@Marauder   hi, clear browser cache and try again. Sometimes the old information does not update on its own.

From the Overview page, click on Usage Breakdown to see data information.

Probably a cache issue. Try clearing it.
