hi i lost my sim card when in Europe.
when i came back in canada i couldn’t change my sim card as the 2 way authentication send the code to my phone which i lost my sim cards
i tried the option resend but still kept sending the code to my phone
how can i activate my new sim card and keep my phone number and plan

try again and see if the code and send to your email or voicemail
click Didnt Receive Code or Resend Code on the page and choose email or Voicemail. If you choose VM, you can call yourself from another phone to get the VM message
if that does not work, then, ask PM support agent to update the sim card for you, you can submit ticket by direct message:
