We have two public mobile accounts.
I’m trying to change subscription plans for my wife’s phone but we can’t get into her account.
I’ve tried everything using her email including trying to change her password and having the code sent to her phone number.
Trying to change the password actually changed it on my own account , And, sending the code to her phone then sent it to the email address for my own phone.
Why would this be happening when my understanding is that only one account can be made on a single email account?
i need to get this sorted out before tomorrow, when the Dec 31st deadline for the 5G plan is over.

hi @DelDoc PM system is one email for one account, so, you must have anither email to access the 2md account
if you cannot login the 2md account, ask support agent to help, you can submit by direct message:
