I'm trying to transfer my public mobile number to Lucky mobile because I no longer have access to my public mobile phone but I would like to keep my number I was trying to do a transfer but I can't get the text message to accept the transfer how do I go about keeping my number

You need to talk to Lucky and have them contact PM to resend the confirmation text confirming you are port out of PM. You need an ACTIVE PM SIM in your phone to receive the confirmation text. You have 90 minutes to reply to the text.
If you don't have an active SIM, you need to purchase a new PM SIM from a Telus/Koodo store for $10 and you need to login to your PM account and change to the SIM card number.
If you are having issues logging to your account. You need to contact a CS_Agent to help you login to your account by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket in the morning when staff are back to work after 9:00am EST.

In order to transfer your phone number Public Mobile account must be active.
You would need to make a payment to the Public Mobile account to get it activated, then you can get the sms to port out.
