I'd return the phone and look at the Motorola G 5G. It's roughly the same price and it supports eSIM.

You will need to purchase a SIM as The Moto G Play 2024 is not eSIM compatible.

In the future confirm with the seller is the phone is eSIM compatible before purchasing.

I do not believe the Motorola G Play 2024 supports eSIM. You may wish to check your manual first before attempting to make this purchase.

Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM
