We just returned from several weeks in Europe (it was a great trip). I purchased travel esims for my wife and I for data and they worked fine.
Upon returning, my esim for Public Mobile worked fine, but my wife's has disappeared.
I attempted to reset her esim on the phone from the QR code in the email I received upon establishing the account for her, but that failed. I tried to log on to Public Mobile using the email address I had used when setting up her account, and two-factor authentication is trying to send an SMS to the phone number that isn't working.
How can I get this resolved?

Hey @MikeBarnard1
Click on "Didn't Get Code" and there should be an option to send to her email instead. If that option isn't there, then as stupid as this sounds, she'll have to create a new forum account and create a ticket. I know it's sounds stupid, but that's what Public Mobile wants. Then they'll just combine them later.
