We just returned home from international travel. Our phone plans did not work while we were overseas. Now we are home and our phone plans are still not working.
yesterday
I was only away 2 weeks. I have checked my account and everything looks normal. Payments are up to date. Everything looks right. We had international temporary esims that we installed and used for data, but we have deleted those more than 24 hours ago and still nothing is working on our regular esims. No data, can't make or receive calls.

Yes, we both installed temporary esims so we would have service while out of country. We have deleted these esims. We have been back for more than 24 hours and still nothing is working. We have no data, we cannot make or receive phone calls. I have tried rebooting, turning the phone on and off. I can't remove the battery, I'm on an esim with Public Mobile so I can't physically take the sim card out and reinstall.

If it is less than 90 days, you need to login to your account and check on the status of your account. You will need to make a manual payment to restore service. You can also call 1-855-4PUBLIC on the status of your account. If there is trouble finding your number then your account is closed.
Account closure isn't based on the amount of time that someone has been out of the country. Account closure happens 90 days from the time of account suspension. Disabling autopay does not necessarily mean that an account will even going into suspension as there could be an existing account balance. There's also the possibility that the customer could be on a 90-day plan.

Have you disabled (or deleted) any applicable foreign or travel SIM/eSIM ?

Hello @newleaflucy
You should know that Public Mobile only works in Canada, the US and Mexico. It does not work overseas.
Have you logged into your account to see if your bills are paid? You can dial 611 from your phone as well to find out.
Try rebooting your phones. Try to reset your Network Settings and reboot.
