I cannot make outgoing calls to 1-800 phone numbers and I need this service asap

It could take some time for Public Mobile to get back to you via chat and resolve this matter as it has to be completed on their end. I would highly recommend downloading a VOIP app like Fongo which is free as a temporary solution to call 800 numbers until this problem is solved.

it can be fixed quickly.  PM support agent will refresh the account and it will be fixed

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".
