I just activated my new sim earlier today.
I can't access data on my phone. I've created a new access point but still can't access data.
Ive attached a screenshot of my apn settings

Compare the APN settings below, try to update it and save:

yes, there's already a Telus access point with those settings. There's also a grayed out Public Mobile access point with the same settings. I've attached the screenshot. So if the settings are correct what else might be needed here?

Ulephone note 14. When I was setting up the account the phone was checked and it's supposed to be fine.

The one peice of information you left out is what phone are you using? Not all phones work with Public Mobile.
