You don't need additional data. You already have an extra 2gb on hand. Did you click those little spinner refresh icons lower down that you see on those images? And you did turn on mobile data? Can you provide an image of your APN settings?

That image shows you have about 40mb left in your plan data. That should let you open a page anyway. So maybe something is up. Does your browser have the permissions to use mobile data? Have you tried a different browser?

thanks, no, It's not perfect at all. I can't use the 2x 1gb data. old UI has button to add additonal data. I can't find any button for updating additional data.

Perfect. Looks like you bought 2 x 1gb data add-ons.

I'm getting confused about your expectations. On a desktop browser, the plan data will be in the middle. The add-ons will be on the right. Add-on data doesn't become part of plan data.

However, if you did an immediate plan change then you would see that new plan data in the middle.

as I mentioned, I completed to purchase the addtional data. I did it. I double check my bank account. It charged it.

now I can see addtional data in add on usage section in the website.so I had to add on those addtional data to my current data plan. there's no extra buttom to do it.

@Meow- Sure. I suppose. Technically. But it's more about being a cart system. The old system was stupid because you have to have money in the account first. We always had complaints from customers about them thinking they bought the add-on but they didn't because they needed to do the next step. Now it's select the add-on to put it in the cart and then you pay for it. Much more standard.

@dust2dust

Thanks. So it is still 2-step process but reversed...

@Meow- While one could deposit money and then buy add-ons with that money, it's not required anymore. It's a cart system now where you select the add-on(s) and then pay for them.

If you did 2-steps purchase - add funds to account and then actual purchase of add-on - then add-on should be on your account.

Do few times refresh of page, if needed log out/log back in, use different browser and add-on should be there.

No worry,

Just login to My Account, click Plan & Add-on on the right, clikc Shop Add-ons ,

or you can use this direct link: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/manage/shop/addons

Once you are there, click on the Data tab and you can add data to your cart like any shopping website

The new site is terrible for caching. Click on the little spinner refresh icons lower down to see if things update. It's an add-on though. It doesn't add to your current data plan per se.
