HI @storyteller1 You have access to the credit card used to pay the PM service? if you do, just have the CC to do a chargeback. When PM sees the chargeback, it will suspend the account immediately

@storyteller1 hi if you can't acces the account to remove cc
you need to contact a customer service agent
you can private message them here

You might want to remove person info as this is an open forum.
The proper way to cancel the account is to login to My Account and remove pre-Authorized payment via the Payment page
Or when you close the credit card, PM will no longer be able to take money and the account will not renew and will be suspended and will be cancelled after 90 days.
