So Public Mobile says two business days for delivery of a SIM card... but it's been five and I haven't received it. Had I known, I'd just have gone to a kiosk to buy one. Can I get a refund on this?
I've been texting for a few weeks on PM and made some calls as well. Everything seems to have been working well until I found out people can't call me... it goes straight to voicemail. And my voicemail is with my old provider, Bell. But when I log on...
I tried transferring my number from Telus six hours ago and still no connection. Tried rebooting my phone. Entered my phone number, IMEI, Public accepted it, and nothing since. I no longer have access to receive texts from my old phone.
