Calls to a specific number go to voicemail immediately

Title. Calling any other number works perfectly fine, and I have tried calling the number on a different phone and it worked just fine. I also made sure they didn't have me blocked in the phone app. Very strange.

My $50 plan allows for Unlimited Talk/Text to Canada and the US.   I was in the US yesterday and I could not call anywhere.  I tried US and Canadian numbers.

2 gig for 12 months

I would like to know why my plan was changed from a 90 Day cycle to a 30 day Cycle without my permission. I would like it changed back to the way it was. I have not agreed to change or to the high rate I will be charged.  Thank you Enza
