Community Survey.

I am beginning to get annoyed with the 'Tell us what you think' survey always popping up. I have done it multiple times yet it always shows up when I'm in the middle of typing a post or reply taking me away from where I was writing.

I would understand if this showed up after completing a post or reply, but when I'm in the middle of writing it, really?

@Priority , I agree! I hate the stupid thing! 😆 It loves to popup while I am typing! 🤨 Every now & then I will answer it to provide my feedback of what I think about it 😉

I see that makes sense but I'm finding if I login to community first, then I can go to my phone account too without signing in again and that's why I prefer to use incognito mode.

@statusquo

Incognito mode is the reason.

It is all cached related.  You need to use non-incognito mode for the browser to "remember" you don't want to take the survey

Actually, it is good to use Incognito mode to access My Account, but not really need it for Community

I always use chrome with incognito mode @softech

@statusquo what browser you are using? and you are using Windows/Mac/Android/iOS?

I know clicking no thanks makes it go away for that session but it doesn't stop it from popping up again at the next sign in.  I'm just thinking it's not useful for public mobile or us customers after a few months.

But don't we keep getting advised to clear cache or cookies every time we login?

@statusquo  Usually you click No Thanks and it would go away

Again, make sure your browser does not have "clear cache on exit" enabled and you are not using Incognito mode

I also get annoyed by this survey popping up within a few minutes of logging into this account.  Has anyone found a way to turn this off or disable it somehow?

I can understand this survey being useful for getting feedback from new customers but not sure why they need to continue bombarding us with this pop up survey after the first few months of service.

@Priority people get this when they switch to using nee machine/device to login community or new browser.  Usually I click "No Thanks" me stay using. the same browser on the same device, I won't see that anymore.

And , make sure your browser have the option "clear cache in exit" disabled and you are not using Incognito mode for Community access
