as a prepaid service, you'll likely not get a refund as you opted to cancel your account. If you've ported away to Telus / Koodoo, ask if they'll give you some pecuniary consideration....they're both related to Public Mobile so it wouldn't hurt to ask at least.

First, PM is a prepaid provider and would not be able to provide refund. But still, you need to login My Account to disable Autopay so PM won't charge you again. Please login My Account, go to Profile Page, click Manage Subscription and toggle off Subscribed
If you cannot login My Account for any reason, message support and ask them to remove the credit card from your account so they cannot charge you again. Message them here:
