I have suddenly lost the ability to receive photos from i-phone messages to my Umindigi android. Same phone and plan as my partner, all purchased at the same time 3 mos. ago. Theirs is working fine. Mine is not. It was working perfectly fine up until 3 days ago.
Customer service thru PM suggested I remove SIM card and reinsert, which I did.
Turned flight mode off and on. Change apn to capitals.
Any other suggestions pls.
Thanks
MM

hi @MaggieMae i think it just a bit of time for the system, but try Reset Network Settings and see if it helps (please note it will delete your saved Wifi and BT connections and you need to readd them)
last, ask support to refresh your account on the system
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit by direct message:

@MaggieMae I’ve noticed this too , just something I live with so long as the call goes through I’m not to worried about . I have Telus line aswell it happens on that account too so nothing to worry about

hi @MaggieMae that's a network issue. Hard to say if it is PM's problem or the receiving end
do you see less delay of you call from another area or call a different person

Next question. Why is there a delay when calling. Call eventually goes through however there is a delay before the call starts to ring.

I am now receiving messages from iPhones. I deleted and reentered settings as they were. Not sure why it is working now, but it is. Yay!

HI @MaggieMae
have your tried your sim card in another phone? And what exact model is your Udimigi?
Try to use Google Message for sms and mms. If already using it, uninstall and reinstall.
