I just switched eSIM from an iPhone 11 Pro to an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Everything seems to be working fine except I am not receiving calls. I restarted my phone and checked settings and can find the issue. Any suggestions?

Thanks @hTideGnow for your in depth instructions. My phone is now working. What I had to do was turn off calls on other devices. I think the calls were going to my iPad. Working now. Appreciate your quick reply.

so, you are not new activation with porting? you are existing and just changed phone?
when you say you switched esim, you bought new one using the app on the new phone?
On the new phone, make sure the Public Mobile esim is set as Primary and "Turn on this line" is enabled. Also make sure no other esim or physical sim enabled there
try Reset Network Settings
