I just signed up to Public. I still have the old sim from my old carrier. Can I change my new eSim to use my old Sim and stay with Public.

@Pedroherrel  So you have eSIM with public mobile and want to use physical sim with public instead ?
of so buy new physical PM sim from Telus / Koodo store or order one from Amazon and in your account profile page you can sim swap the number like this

hi @Pedroherrel sim cards are all one time use

if you want to change to physical sim, you need to buy a new PM sim

Buy a PM physical sim card form Telus or Koodo store or via Amazon:

 Telus or Koodo store https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/pick-up-SIM
Amazon.ca https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/

Then message support agent and ask them to help to update your account with the new sim card:

@Pedroherrel

You will need to leave the old SIM in your phone until you receive a text from your old carrier and reply with YES you are porting over to PM. You old SIM must be active with your old carrier for you to port over to PM.

Once porting is completed then you can remove the old SIM (it will be useless once porting is completed) and your eSIM will continue your service with PM.

Sorry NO not possible - You will need a new physical SIM card. You can buy one from Amazon for $5 if you have prime or of course order directly from PM.
