Hello,
I believe I had cancelled my plans in June, but I was still charged each month. I can't log on to my account because the phone number is no longer active so I can't get the access code. I am also locked out of my email so I have no way to get the access code. I need to access my account to cancel my plans - how do I do this? I don't know my account number either.
