@Rizalyn If your already have a PM account and it’s Koodo post paid . And just want to transfer number to PM do this in your profile tab . Notice under the first red circle in pic it says transfer number . And be sure to just use Koodo account number and not phone IMEI as it’s not needed . Leaving Koodo SIM card in phone until you get a text from Koodo confirming the port request you will have 90 mins to reply YES to this text and that should be it

If your phone number is coming from a postpaid Koodo account, the number transfer can be completeed from wirhin your Public Mobile Self Serve account (after activation with a new phone number). If your number is coming fron a prepaid Koodo account, please open a ticket uaing the Public Mobile chatbot.

@Rizalyn If it’s Koodo post paid you can do this your self on activation or it’s Koodo pre paid your need to activate with temp PM number then contact support to transfer number over for you
