My old plan cycle is Nov 7 to Dec 7. The payment has been charged through my credit card on Nov 6. I changed the plan to the 15G and paid another $40 today. Am I getting the credit for what I was just charged for the old plan on Nov 6?

Didn't choosing US Text& Calling Roaming

So the last two times I visited the US and didn't purchase any Talk&text Add-ons and yet I regularly received texts from Public Mobile telling my to purchase roaming. Wish it would stop but I'm guessing that's not possible.
