I placed my order over a month ago and never received my SIM card its been 30+ business days. I was also charged 2 times for the sim card!

@CS_Agent I never recived my sim card in th email and when I logged in it said I had to finish my activiation. When I went to submit it gave me an error but charged my credit card again as well.
